Staylia works best when hosts treat each listing as an operating desk: a public-facing preview, a private tenant portal, and a virtual binder that answers repeat questions before they become texts.
Keep the first listing factual and operational: property type, city/state, furnishing status, summary, rules, and host contact fields.
Use bright photos that help a tenant understand the actual space. Avoid hiding key details behind cropped or atmospheric images.
Host-only files stay internal, tenant files support the portal, and public files should contain no private access information.
Templates give every listing a reliable baseline for arrival, daily living, rules, emergency notes, and move-out guidance.
Access records can be invited, active, paused, or canceled. Send from the listing workspace and review the template preview when copy changes.
Do not commit or publish addresses, phone numbers, lock codes, WiFi passwords, fob instructions, or private building details.
Connect the required services, then use Host Setup to create the first listing and checklist.
