1. Overview

Staylia is a private SaaS workspace for rental hosts and tenants. Hosts manage listings, photos, documents, tenant access, and virtual binder entries. Tenants can access listing information only when a host grants access to their email or account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your authentication method secure. Clerk provides authentication. Staylia may store profile and role information needed to operate the host desk and tenant portal.

3. Host Content

Hosts are responsible for the listings, files, media, binder entries, rules, and contact details they add to Staylia. Do not add private access details to public listing previews. Keep sensitive details limited to the tenant portal and only share them with tenants who should have access.

4. Tenant Access

Tenant access is scoped by listing and email/account. Tenants may use shared information only for the rental relationship for which access was granted. Hosts can pause, cancel, or archive access records.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not publish private access codes, passwords, sensitive identity documents, or unsafe entry instructions in public previews.
• Do not use Staylia to discriminate, harass, impersonate another person, or misrepresent a property.
• Do not attempt to bypass tenant access controls or access listings that were not shared with you.

6. Billing

V1 includes pricing and plan placeholders, but billing enforcement is not active until Stripe plans are finalized. Future paid features may include listing limits, storage limits, team access, or tenant communication tools.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

Staylia is provided as available. The product helps organize rental operations, but it is not legal, property-management, financial, tax, or emergency advice. Hosts remain responsible for compliance with applicable leases, laws, building rules, and safety obligations.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product moves from V1 scaffolding into production service. Material updates should be reflected by changing this page and the date above.
